Hi there! I’m Daniel Battaglia, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey as the Founder and CEO of Parking Made Easy. Based here in beautiful Sydney, I’ve always been passionate about making urban mobility smoother and parking more accessible for everyone. Let’s face it—finding a parking spot in busy city areas can be a nightmare, and I wanted to change that.

Throughout my career, I’ve always believed that the key to staying ahead is a commitment to learning. Over the years, I’ve pursued a range of educational opportunities to refine my skills and keep pace with the latest industry developments. From mastering new technologies like AI to honing my leadership abilities, my drive for knowledge has been a constant.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working within some of the world’s most reputable financial institutions, including Macquarie Bank, RBC Capital Markets, and Lehman Brothers. Each role has shaped my understanding of financial markets, risk management, and data integrity, allowing me to develop a suite of skills that cater to businesses looking to make informed financial decisions.

As a seasoned financial professional for hire, I have extensive experience managing the financial operations of both large corporations and emerging startups. My work has encompassed various aspects of financial control, from budgeting and forecasting to ensuring compliance with financial regulations. I thrive on helping businesses streamline their financial processes while ensuring that every regulatory box is ticked.

Hi, I’m Daniel Battaglia, an entrepreneurial and results-driven contractor with over a decade of experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, financial control, and the financial markets. With a solid background working for reputable organizations like Macquarie Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, and Cuscal, I bring a high level of expertise to help businesses save time, optimize their processes, and, most importantly, grow their revenue.

I’ve always had a passion for exploring the world and immersing myself in different cultures. After growing up in South Sydney, I knew there was a whole world out there to discover, and so began my journey. What started as a year living in Italy quickly turned into a lifelong love for travel, adventure, and learning.

Daniel Battaglia, an Australian-Italian social impact entrepreneur and author, grew up in the vibrant community of South Sydney. Raised in a traditional Catholic family, he attended a local Catholic school that laid the foundation for his strong work ethic and connection to community. Following his schooling, Daniel went on to study at the University of Wollongong, where he obtained degrees in Commerce and Arts.

As a small or medium enterprise (SME) owner, you may think that only large companies are targeted by hackers, but that’s far from the truth. I learned this the hard way back in July 2021 when my own business was attacked by cyber criminals.
